Seller – What are customer expectations?

Update order status in a timely manner. This will bring transparency to the process, and help build customer relationship.

Mark shop open/closed appropriately. To allow customers to place new orders, always keep the shop open.

Mark food Active/Inactive appropriately. Customers can only order Active food.

Mark food In Stock/Out of Stock appropriately. Customers can only order In Stock food.

Please make sure to have most accurate information on the shop & foods screens.

For Door Delivery orders, please make sure to deliver the order as per the customer selected date & time slot.

For Shipping orders, please make sure to ship the orders as quick as possible. When the order is “On the way”, update the order with the tracking number & carrier.

Respond to customer reviews on shop & food to maintain engagement with the customers.
