Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy: For Domestic/International shipping orders, our store partners will ship the order directly to your address with their preferred courier partner. You can find the Sellers preferred courier partner names and delivery duration on the shop screen on the customer app.

General Info: Our store partners usually ship domestic shipping orders with DTDC, Blue Dart, etc with an estimated delivery of 5-7business days; and international shipping orders with DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc with an estimated delivery of 6-10business days.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled anytime before the seller changes the order status to preparing. Once the seller changes the status to preparing, you won’t be able to cancel the order. For any help with order cancellation, please contact customer service.

Refund Policy: For canceled orders, it will take between 5-7 business days to process the refund. For refund related to the missing items or dis-satisfaction, please contact the customer service. Once we receive your refund request, please allow 48 to 72 hrs for Uppu Karam to respond to your request. Once the refund request is approved, we will process the refund between 5-7 business days from the day of approval. No Returns or Exchanges.
