How do I get “Latitude” & “Longitude” for my shop?

These fields are very important. This will help customers to accurately identify where you are located, and how far are you located from their address.

For you convenience, there is a marker on the “Latitude” field which can be used to identify “Latitude” & “Longitude” for your shop. When you click the marker, it opens a map, and here you can type your address in the search field. Once you select your address, you will see a map marker icon points to a location on the map. This map is from Google, and if you think Google doesn’t have your exact address, then you can move the map marker icon around on the map by dragging and dropping it at a desired location. Once you are done, click “Accept”. By clicking accept, it will save the “Latitude” & “Longitude” in the respective fields. Selecting location on the marker will automatically update the address fields, please make sure the address is accurate in the address fields.

What should be the “Address” for my shop?

This will be the physical location of your shop/business from where the orders will be shipped, delivered or available for pickup. Once Latitude & Longitude are selected from the marker, it will auto populate the address in the address fields. Please make sure to make necessary changes to the address fields since it is auto populated with google suggested address and it may not always be accurate.

Please note, when you select “Latitude” & “Longitude” for your shop, it may update your previously selected address, so you may need to go back to the address field and update again. Or you can select latitude & longitude first, and then update the address so this way you don’t need to update it twice.

  • Maximum weight is inclusive which means that number will be considered for calculation. In math terms, it is less than or equal to that number;
  • For example, 5Kgs is the minimum weight & 10Kgs is the maximum weight, so in math terms it is >5Kgs and <=10Kgs;
  • Flat Rate: This means when the order weight (including packaging weight) that falls in a specific weight range, and if the price type is Flat Rate, then we will simply apply that exact amount as the shipping cost;
  • Per 500 Gram: This means we apply the amount for every 500grams. For ex, the order is 6.75Kgs, then we multiply this by 2 to convert into units which represents 1unit as 500grams. So its 13.5units, and now we round it off to 14units. Even if it is 13.1units, we will round it off to 14units. So now we multiple 14 with the price per 500grams to get the total shipping cost;
  • Per 1 Kg: This means we apply the amount for every 1kg. For ex, the order is 6.75Kgs. We will then round it to 7Kgs, even if its 6.1Kg we will round it to 7Kg. So now we multiply 7 with the price per 1Kg to get the total shipping cost.
